Personally as a Christian I pray about my problems and this releases the majority of my stress. The number # 1 rule for anyone Christian or not is to look on the bright side to see the hope ahead. It always gets better. Just remind yourself that it has to get better, there's always something to look forward to.

Make a list of goals and hopes you have in life and try to fulfill them 1 by 1. Sets goals for yourself for 1 week, 1 month, 6 months, etc. These will change as time goes by, but continue to update it. :)

I also like to talk to my friends and family when I'm down because everyone gets down sometimes and they will know how I feel and will know what to say to make me feel better. :)

Routine helps just go through the motions for awhile. Form me momentum alone can carry me through.

Friends are great too. You can be so down, and they drag you out and try to make you have a good time, cracking jokes and stuff. That is my fav feeling ever when I am so down and a friend makes me laugh and smile. It is gut wrenching the transitions to be so happy and sad all at once.

Time helps three.

It's very important to have family and friends to talk to.
