MS Outlook has taken to "holding" e-mails in my outbox, and not letting them send, if one of the e-mails is bad - as opposed to just sending it and sending me a bounceback.
Any way to stop that? It's getting really annoying.

Bongster:
No, that option is not checked.

Now, when I send and receive, it still doesn't send. I just get a mail delivery error and I have to go figure out which e-mail is causing the problem... by sending it to everyone, one at a time. PITA!

it can also be because of the traffic in the server

We got that now and then, too. Don't know why! MOST of the outgoing mail went out okay, a few would stop in the outgoing box and never leave on send/receive, and we'd have to create a new message during send/receive and copy/paste the email from the outbox message into the new outgoing message and send/receive the new one...and the new one would go!

Meanwhile, check your Accounts (if you have more than one? as we did, for various "freebie" emails, like say, Yahoo! and Gmail?, and then there's your paid-for domain, you@yourdomain.com?) and make sure you have All Accounts set up properly in your Send/Receive groups... Sometimes that'll befuddle the send/receive process!

Under tools/options/send,
do you have the box marked "send messages immediately"
checked?
