I have answered very few questions where I have revealed personal details from my life, but many of my answers may give certain insights to my personal experiences. I try to be as vague as possible, all the while answering a question to the best of my ability without revealing too much of my own personal life.

for as long as you are ready to reveal yourself for the purpose of helping others, then you dont have to feel nervous. you should feel great because there is someone out there at the yahoo whom you can help by your personal answer.

No. When I do get personal I know the asker has a sincere problem and I want to offer my own experience to help.
