I have a lame mp3 player that only holds about 200 songs and I do have a cell but its Boost prepaid [which sucks]. I also lost my digital camera on the bus about 4 months ago. I'm currently in a 6 week paid internship - about 300 bucks a week - and I'll be working at Wal-Mart as soon as its over...so I have money...what do you guys think? Should I spoil myself and get that iPhone?

i read yesterday that its not worth the money.. the cheaper one only holds like 200 songs.. and you have to sign a new 2 yr contract.. and over those 2 yrs you'll end up spending about $2000 JUST for the service.. not including all the money you spend on the phone..
dont know about you.. but that sure doesnt sound worth it to me.. i'd rather have cheaper phone service then just throw all that money down the drain..

Spoil yourself? Why not set your money on fire?
There's no sense in paying $500 with 2 year contract for a consumer untested first generation phone.
You're just asking to get it lost or stolen or damaged.

if you can afford it go ahead you also have to sign a 2 year contract with att and the iphone plans start at 60
so multiply 75 (60+ taxes) times 24 + 500 or 600 and if you can afford it why not
At&t also has crappy service depending where you live especially on east coast

no i dont think u should get the iphone you should look for another cool phone from a diffrent company because i saw a really neat one that had a camra and music also but cost much less

NO - wait a year and they will improve it - get the kinks out - and it will be 1/2 the price. Not to mention, you can only use AT&T service, which sux.
