Not only after a shower, but even if I walk around & then lie down it seems to happen. I thought it might be due to the scrotom skin contracting to protect my testicles from the cold? I hope this is normal!

your testicles try to stay several degrees cooler than you body so if you have a hot shower they tend to extend to try and cool and maintain this temperature and the reverse happens if you are cold they tend to contract closer to gain warmth
so your testicles are at optimum temperature for sperm production

Your testicles roll around all the time. I think it's something to do with the process of making sperm (maybe in the same way slush puppies need to be churned constantly in the machine). Don't worry, it's normal.

I think its because the hot water in the shower has relaxed your scrotum sack, so that your testicles move freely. As opposed to when it is cold and scrotum sac tighten up.

it's part of being a guy they move constantly up to keep warm down to keep cool and around to keep every thing in working order. don't worry about it unless they are doing somersaults over your shoulder.

They are properly moving because you are playing with them so leave them alone or you will go blind in old age.
