I get it ALL THE TIME! It really really creeps me out. Does anybody know what the cause of it is and why I get it all the time?

Thoughts are just a pattern of neurons firing through our head. The same neurons are used for many different thoughts. Dejavu is like an eco of neurons firing. So even though you have never been there done that it feels like you have because you have fired similar neuron patterns before.

yup! something definitely just a mind illusion, while it is true that you really saw something familiar to it... its entirely diffrent things.....
your mind just playing a trick with you.....
you see your memories are reconstructed by the time something trigerring you to recollect your past experience...
