I understand that several tens of thousands of years of co-evolution between Homo sapiens and Canis lupus have resulted in a subspecies called Canis lupus familiaris, distinct from Canis lupus lupus.

Is there a Homo sapiens familiaris, and if so, where can I get one?

Being a C. lupus familiaris myself, I'm keen to make the best match I can.

Seems you are talking about werewolves. A little difficult to help you out here. Keep trying...something might happen.
Good luck.
