He's got to get his priorities straight. Family always comes first. Jobs are a dime a dozen.
When he reaches the end of his life, who is going to be there for him? His employer? Or his family?

be happy that hes not doing something else.there are so many cheaters out there .i use to be married to a workaholic.it ended because he was the only one with a job, iwas a stay at home mom.support him in what he does. ask him what he would like for supper and let him feel good about completing the job.most men hate to have things uncompleted and bring that home with them, all the day job problems.enjoy what time you do have together, and talk to others about how devoted he is,of course in front of him.they need their egos stroked.

Tell him.
My wife was the same way. I told her how I felt. She listened and knew our family was at stake (especially when our son would cry for her) She ended up quitting that job and found a job with more flexible hours, and actually better pay.
Be honest with your partner...and if he is a good listener, he will make a compromise.

Well i think that your moaning for no reason he has a job to do and he is doing it properly. I hate people who don't do their jobs properly. Your takign it out on the wrong person, if the other workers stayed instead of leaving it wouldn't take as long would it????

You should be proud of him! If he does a job, he makes sure it is done properly! If others give up and go home then their heart is obviously not in their job.
Give him understanding and enjoy the time you do have together instead of getting on his case.

Didn't you know that he was like this to some extent before you married him/lived with him? You can't change who he is. Either get out of the relationship or met him half way. Can you go to his work and hang out with him while he works late?

Try to talk to him in a comfortable setting and tell him your feelings. He can't ignore you every time.
You have to make him realize that work isn't everything.
If you want to be a little sarcastic, tell him that he should have married his job instead of you.

Probably prefers work to your company but suppose that's evident do the kind thing and offer him a divorce .
Who knows he may have realised hes gay , so don't screw him for as much alimony as you can get
If he is gay i think that would be unfair

If you don't think he's having an affair then all you can do is ask him to scale back his hours, if he does, great, if he says no either deal with it or leave. Its your choice.
