Taj Mahal is no doubt beautiful, but let's not say that others don't or didn't love their beloved enough.
If everyone had the means to, I am sure they'd have built similar monuments.
Let's also not forget it was customary for Mughals to build large mausoleums.

2 sites in the UK that I am aware of. The first is the Penshaw monument between Washington and Sunderland. This is in the form of a miniature colisseum.
The other is Mussenden Temple, located on the cliffs located above Downhill in North Antrim, Northern Ireland.
Both of these structures were built on prominent sites and in memory of a particularly loved individual.

Yes, the Albert Memorial in Hyde Park.
It is certainly not as large, grand or too as long to build as the Taj Mahal but I love it and it is still quite awe-inspiring.
Queen Victoria ordered it to be built when her beloved Husband Albert died. She never got over his death and wore black mourning clothes until she died herself, many years later.
