Because some men are dull and boring . And I have heard some men say they think guys that can really dance are so gay . And some men just think it doesn't make sense to learn either .

girls bunch around at a young age (under 10) working on dance moves. Gymnastics, dance and cheerleading are activities that young girls participate in large numbers. Young boys do not participate (in large numbers ) in such rhythmic activities.
So fast forward to age 13, 16, 18, 20, 25 and girls-women are more experienced than boys moving to music.
Fortunately for me, alcohol loosened me up to be a dancing demon.

Men are not generally designed with the muscles it takes to be graceful. Our muscles are built for brute strength. There are exceptions however. Most of us would like to dance without looking foolish.

lots of guys dance - just not well
lol
I dunno - maybe because they were too embarassed to ever learn when they were younger.
P.S. My man loves to dance - and is horrible at it and knows it. We've even talked about taking some classes together to learn some new moves together.

Wimps! all of em wimps! I am not the best dancer, but i can totally do my own thing and have fun with it. I hate when guys won't dance and won't admit that they are emabarresed to try.

It's certainly not important if you don't have the inclination, and if that is the worst thing wrong with a man, then count your blessings.
Dancing really isn't a natural masculine activity, though it's okay to do it a bit. Time could be better spent learning the martial arts.
