mold isnt much to worry about unless your actually alergic to it, normally bread will mold and i simply remove the molded peices to keep it from contaminating the rest... so for my actual answer to this question, if your not allergic to penicillin then feel free to remove the mold and use the rest.

look at it this way.......the leftovers you're gonna put in the fridge will mold eventually before you throw it out............so you're just cutting out the middle man.
