normal sperm count is 250 -300 milion sperm per ml of seamen.it is not clear what is your age.
thogh sper are produced up to very latey means in old age also.the start of sperm age is 13 yrs.

Since you did not mention your age, no way to answer. If you were less than 13 years old, unlikely. Once you become a man sperm production continues till you die or the testes are removed for some reason or you get yourself sterilised (the spermatic cords are cut).
What you see is semen and that works as food for the sperm which are in billions and billions (you can see them only under a microscope). Semen is produced by the prostate gland.

It's normal to produce sperm at your age. Try not to let it come out more than once a day, or you can get addicted to sex.
