A normal oven is quicker, but a toaster oven works fine, we made them at the brownie pack I help at.

yes but watch them very carefully, sometimes toaster ovens are on the hot side. dont burn them.

Sure, I have done it plenty of times. I used some cute pictures from a my little pony coloring book, traced and colored them, punched holes in them, and then shrunk them. they made really cute charms for a bracelet for my niece!
