Intelligence. That's essential.
Honesty/integrity -- no mind games, no manipulation, no bending the truth. If I can't trust him, I won't be with him.
Way he treats other people, especially those less well off and family.
How he treats me -- if he isn't respectful, I won't respect him.
Responsibility -- if he blames other people for his mistakes, I'm outta there.
If he has a potty mouth, I don't want to be around him.
He should be confident but not arrogant or stuck on himself.
A sense of humor is great. Everybody likes to laugh. But no cruel, crude, or bigoted jokes, please!
Willingness to compromise. I'll watch the movie he picks this week if he'll watch the one I want to see next week.
He should share my core values. If he makes racist comments, he's history.
Sharing my taste in music is a plus; I can't imagine being attracted to a guy who likes gangsta rap!
He should not try to control how I spend my time, who my friends are, etc. Or ridicule my opinions, appearance, whatever.
If MY friends and family like him, that's a really big plus. If I like HIS friends and family, another big plus.
Being good with my cat is another big plus. My cat has excellent taste in humans.
If he's showing off all the time, driving too fast, etc, he's not for me.
He should have a job if he's not in school. I'm willing to help put him through college, but I don't want him sponging off me permanently unless he's going to be the one keeping house and caring for our kids.
It helps if he is vegetarian. Or at least accepts that I am without continued teasing.
Physically, lots of body/facial hair is nice, but not a necessity. Ditto not being too thin. Ditto nice eyes. Ditto nice smile.
He should be attracted to me. (Shows good taste.)

Girls are always attracted towards macho men, I mean the rough and tough ones. However its the brains which are more admirable for a girl than the brawns. You should have a good smile, good sense of humour, clean-shaven look and lots of attitude. Foul breath and body odour are an absolute no no. The girls are easily impressed by your looks and intellect.

To be perfectly honest girls do look for a guy with a job ... some would say money. But I think most quality girls you would want to would for the ability to make her laugh, tall, intelligence, drive, blue eyes help... believe me, nice teeth, how a guy treats his mother and children, someone who is giving... and so on.

i do believe that something man has to attract gals like:-
a)internal soul: 1. gentleman 2. cares 3. romantics 4. humor 5. safe guard and etc...
b) external : 1. nice body!! espcially our neck!! 2. sex perfomance 3. healthy skin 4. strong and white teeth 5. clean and nice out fit 6. silly smile.. and etc.......

Over a lifetime, I swear, women want to see a big schlong, and plenty of $$$$$$$$$$$$$$ in his bank account & wallet. Women swoon over fancy cars, stylish dressers,smooth glib talkers, women ADORE guys who drink booze, smoke, are wiseguys, streetsmart, impetuous, reckless, and loud!!
They love guys who chew gum and crack jokes all day long.
to anyone who says women look at the so-called "inner qualities" - they're bloody liars - they are too biased to come out and say that females like lowlife guys, and trashy types.l
What women DISLIKE the most are quiet, polite, intellectual, religious, serious types of men.
Enough said.

a good personality (funny,easy to talk to, nice.) a good body , but never do something you dont feel comfortable with. and has a little bit of a feminie side to him.

i love a guy that can be himself around me. that is okay with me being around him with his friends ocassionally. that cares about me, but isn't controlling. a guy that i have some similarities with, but we have a few differences.
