Depends on the plant. I'm not sure that I understand your question. You can have healthy indoor and outdoor plants. They just need to be in the environment that is appropriate for the individual plants needs. If you are talking healthier for humans? Either. All plant life is healthy. Indoor helps indoor and outdoor helps outdoors. If you are talking about growing certain plants for medicinal purposes, usually outdoor is best...love that sun!

It depends completely on the plant, the amount of sun, soil and water it's getting, the climate it's in, etc. Most plants are specifically for either the indoors or out, and never the twain shall meet.
