Start with the thermostat; it's the cheapest possible culprit, you may want to take it right out to see if there's a difference. If not than do some more trouble shooting; flush, check hoses, radiator cap etc.

With that many miles on a vehicle, the radiator needs rotted out and the engine block needs to be flushed out. After this is done replace the thermostat. A lot of sediment has accumulated in the cooling system.
Also, check the fan. If it's electronic it should come on with the A/C. Check the fan clutch if it's not electronic.

Shut up Jared go get a subway.....Such a chucklehead It does sound like you either need to dump some serious cash in it to get it resolved or sell it to the guy down by the river to live in. All vehicles just crap out. regardless of American or foreign. take a look around. do you see many 95 honda's that are perfect...NO Fords...NO GM NO. OK then proper maintenance will make it last longer. with these problems it sonds like they have each compounded another. This happens on all cars the systems get stressed/

Get your radiator cleaned or flushed and use coolant also check the filter for the airconditioner get it changed or cleaned, see if the fan for cooling the radiator functions properly, that should solve your problem.

your radiator needs to get checked for any leaks or damages. also check the wirings to make sure everything is secured. my suggestion is to bring the car to a professional to check your a/c and recharge the freons so you can just drive and have freezing cool air on "medium".

Check the hose for the radiatior, you might have a leak, or the thermostat, you might need to have that changed.
