I have installed a few of these in various sizes in different properties, very efficient method of heating, I was surprised how fast a (only) 6kw heated 3 rads and a towel rail! You will have to calculate the loading required to suit the heat loss of your property, and ensure that you have adequate electricity supply available. You can heat an indirect hw. cylinder as well, with normal motorised valves and controls.

Unless you own a hydro-electric station think of trying another type of fuel, oil or gas. Electric heating by its very nature will always be expensive regardless of how it is converted..
