You could say that you enjoy the atmosphere in the company as a customer and would love to be a part of their team.
as far as weaknesses go... if you don't handle confrontation well, or find it hard to work under stress, or even in you find it hard to work when there is very little going on. Just be honest!
unless your weakness is an inability to resist the urge to take money, or randomly touch strange people, you should be ok LOL

Say, "I would like to work for your company, as I've heard it has a high rate of employee satisfaction. It also seems to be a place where the employees get along well, and I want to be part of that. I feel I can be a great asset to your team."
Say, "My biggest weakness is that I am unsure how to sell myself. I feel I have a lot to offer, but I'm not sure exactly how to describe it. Sometimes I'm too modest."

A good weakness answer is "I tend to be too hard on myself." Most people can relate in a job atmosphere.

If they posted an ad in the paper for a job opening, that question is a trick question. Just say that you have an ad, I answered and I'm trying to apply for it, that's why you want to work for their company.

One of your weaknesses might be knowing the difference between the word OUR and ARE.
