Who is the best agent to send a screenplay too?

Simply sending out a spec or synopses is a waste of postage? I've sent out ten at this point, and I'm waiting for an answer.

What is the reception and reading process like for a screenplay?

Agents do NOT read scripts from people they do NOT know,
However, some agencies have a "Reader, in their Literary Department"

I was a script reader, at a Talent Agency, as well as, at a Television Production Company. Most material is poorly written, and does not hold-up professionally and is tossed in the trash.

Also, most material is poorly written and therefore does not hold interest for the professionals in L.A. and NYC and are put in the the trash.
