It depends on what you define as human and human purpose. That we are capable of abstract concepts yet live and function in a material world is perhaps an example of knowing things beyond our human purpose. That we can experience things that are meaningless to the purpose of having a human form is true. I've had many premonitions, experiences of the future. Now this I'm sure is a function of being human but I can't see what I've experienced personally as having any useful purpose other than to tell me it's possible. But if to be human means my body and consciousness is of a quantum nature then remote viewing and seeing the future is part of human purpose, I just haven't figured it out yet.

Well, you're talking big words here; 'know beyond'. I think we don't even know within, let alone beyond!0!
Information is not knowledge...imagination is more important than knowledge, (therefore it's not knowledge either)....the difference between stupidity and genius is that genius has its limits....Albert Einstein.
There's no such thing as 'know beyond' for humans, dare to know your limits...but what do I know!0!
Good luck!
