Yes been there and done it.
Make sure that your end post are really set in well, and then when you come to tighten it up they wont pull together.

YES! Depending on height - Layout a guideline to get straight run - dig post holes for fixing and set at even intervals - let cement dry overnight (at least) then fix fence to first post - run to second and temp fix - run to third etc etc - then when all up - go back to second post and fix tightly and securely - do same for remaining posts

no it takes about three people who know what they are doing and a hand winch as it needs to be stretched into position
