I think it has two meanings, but the idea may not be completely clear from the examples you give.

Can anyone do it? Is it so easy that any person who tries to do it can succeed?

Can anyone do it? It seems like a difficult problem, and I wonder if a person exists who can do it successfully.

Hope this helps.

I am assuming the question relates to the statements given above and I can only say that I can't understand "ANYTHING" you are trying to say.........
