Does this have 2 meanings in this case?

Eg): Can anyone do it?

A:can someone do it?

B: can everyone do it?

I think it has two meanings, but the idea may not be completely clear from the examples you give.

Can anyone do it? Is it so easy that any person who tries to do it can succeed?

Can anyone do it? It seems like a difficult problem, and I wonder if a person exists who can do it successfully.
