for that sort of money i would recommend a 320gb western digital from:

Not sure how much it is in euros, but in USD you can get a 500 gig hd for around, or under, $150. Make sure to check different sites, stores, for the best prices.

you want to buy a sata cd/dvd drive? why? you might as well buy a normal IDE one and keep your sata ports free for hard drives. IDE dvd drive is cheaper anyway.
my new pc has both sata + ide..
as for parts..
