Both 1 and 2 offer valid suggestions. What I most like about number 2 suggestion is that it would forever identify you as sometry trying to "sneak in" under the "Radar". I'll assume that on some level this is an attempt to cheat some system, and with all due respect you probably are not the originatorof the thought. Too bad you didn't offer more details, such as trying to get back into a club, or concert, or someone under house arrest with a monitoring band on your wrist.

I guess for some, this is a minor issue as it relates to SIN, or illegal, but it baffles me that anyone puts DEGREE levels on right and wrong. IE: A stolen candy bar certainly is less an offense than Capital Murder, but it's still not acceptable.

Why do you think they are called tamper resistant?
Unless you can squeeze your hand small and wriggle it out of the band there isnt a way.
