I found this site selling latest phones at a very cheap price. Has anyone tried the same. Its office is in manchester. If somebody from there can check their office, it would be great help

www.cingularwirelessltd.com - Considering Cingular is now AT&T and have dropped the Cingular name completely. that tells us that this site is not affiliated with them directly. It seems like the fact that the website has "Cingular" in the name is coincidental or by their choice to make it seem official. If you look at the site they also sell game systems and some phones that aren't directly available in the US. They also mention T-Mobile on their home page. What it amounts to is if you want to risk it, go for it. But maybe go to http://www.wireless.att.com/cell-phone-service/welcome/index.jsp
for the real thing or try contacting them to verify..

Cingular are a well known company in the telecoms industry - no reason to think they won't be ok.
