I have always wanted that swimmers physique and I am wondering if any can point me to some information that can get me started? It's greatly appreciated

I am asking is there any website that can get me started in swimming instead of me just swimming randomly and not getting results

Thanks Charles thanks for the effort but I'm looking for something mainly swimming I dont have access to much equipment right now

Also if you want a good book on the subject, check out Marianne Brems "The Fit Swimmer". It has over 120 tips, tricks and workouts for swimmers of all levels and abilities. The library might have it, if not try the bookstore or Amazon.com. It's small and easy to use and will guide you through all stages of your workouts ( =

But look at pictures of him on the net from the swimming suit scene of him coming out of the water. ZOWIE what a change. How did he do it?

Yes, there is a site that gives the exact routine and how to do it step by step that a trainer did with him to rapidly buff him up.

1. learn to swim.
2. look for a swim club.
3. join the swim club.
4. always train with the swim club.
5. give 110% in training and in competition
6. and eat right
you will just wake up having that kind of body.

just swim daily on a team and try and swim at least 2-3 miles a day
