Just ask him for divorce on mutual consent, the divorce where none of you have to prove any misconduct against each other that will save him the embarrassment of being shown adulterous in the court & society. This way both of you can bring to end this marital life which remained torturous for you because of his continue cheating or adultery. If you go in for divorce on the basis of the ground of his adultery firstly you’ll have to prove all his acts of adultery in the court with sufficient evidence which you may not be able to procure secondly that process can take very long period of time maybe 3 to 5 years to finally decide, thirdly the already torturous life of yours will be becoming more torturous by attending dates in family court. By moving to family court for divorce by mutual consent you need not bother for more the 6 to 8 months in all to get this decree of divorce & then sit peacefully through out your life.

I think the answer here is pretty obvious, chances are given, help is given, understanding is given and still, nothing..It's time to break the marriage even the bible says that you know, the husband is not just worth it anymore.. the wife has a life too..

Ever think of just leaving him alone? Maybe he likes the way he is and doesn't particularly WANT to change! It's not YOUR business at any rate...if she's happy, why get involved? Worry about your own happiness and leave other people to their lives

You cheat on me once....shame on you.

You cheat on me twice....shame on me for still staying with you.

This marriage is dead...you can prolong the grief as long as you want.

Good Luck.
