What do you guys think?
I want it to happen. Where he started his career, played baseballl with his dad, and was a legend there.
I wanna see him bakc there before he retires.

and maybe even A-Rod or randy johnson...

I don't think it will happen. I see griffey staying with the Reds or being traded to a team that has a chance to win a championship so he can go out a winner. There is no long term benefit for Seattle if he went there and they will need all the money they can get to re-sign Ichiro to a new contract.

I never liked the guy - I've been hearing those rumors forever, but he was here last week and I actually heard him say it in an interview that he owed it to himself and the fans to retire here in Seattle. I hope not, but I guess I'm outnumbered in Seattle. They seem to really like him.

I thought he was a man with the potential to be the best the game has ever seen, but he was lazy on the bases. I saw him jog to first so many times it made me mad. Some of those routine infield "outs" could've been beat out by someone with his speed, or at least hurried, leaving room for an error. I didn't like how he swung for the fence all the time either. In the outfield, he was amazing, always making great plays, I just couldn't stand him on offense.
