Yes, there is one way. Enter your motherboard's BIOS and look for something like Display Adapter/Graphics Card or something. There will be an option to change the amount of RAM it can share. Set it to something like 128 or 256. But be warned! It will slow down your PC as your computer's RAM will be shared. Don't do this if you have less than 1GB RAM.
I recommend you to get a graphics card. You can get XFX Nvidia 7600 GT. It's very good at an affordable price. Or for $200, get an ATI X1950 Pro (recommended). However, DirectX10 graphics card are here (just when you thought you had it all!) so you might want to consider them too!
I recommend sites such as http://www.pricegrabber.com or http://www.newegg.com to get the lowest prices. Make sure to read the customer reviews!
Hope that helps!

The onboard graphics cards memory can often be set in BIOS up to a maximum. Enter Setup as the computer starts and have a look, but dont change anything else.

Some newer model motherboards have built in graphic cards. But it would be advisable to get a graphics card instead of a new motherboard.

No, you're stuck with on-board graphics if you don't want to install a better device.
