It depends on the person and the art! Beautiful, colorful tats can be very appealing and some peircings very sexy. On the other hand they can be kind of repulsive too if they're poorly done.

I must be a bit old fashioned as I have no tats....one or two little ones are ok on a woman, like if they are in memory of someone. The 'tramp stamp' above the butt that looks like a bumpersticker does nothing for me.
I saw an old gentleman biker at the nursing home once with a tatoo that once said "Live to Ride, Ride to Live". Being wrinkled and all it said "Leo i, deto".

Tacky...It depends how many tats/piercings they have. Lots of tats/piercings are really tacky, but I dont mind any less than 4 earrings, tongue or a belly button! as for tatoos, only one!!

Depends how many tattoos or piercings and where they are at. Some are very sexy while too many can be a turn off. A woman with earrings is still a piercing

It's not my thing. It doesn't bother me, per se, to see someone covered in piercings and tattoos, but I do not find it attractive. It becomes *tacky* in my eyes particularly when it's all skulls, gore and/or repulsive creatures. To me that reads: "Trying too hard to look tough".

it depends on the tatoo that they have on...some ppl just looks really cool and hot with them but most ppl are just trying too hard and sadly it makes them look tacky...as for pierced ppl...too many just makes you look like a walking pin cushion...

I love guys who have only one or two tatooes and only on their shoulders or arms.Or the top of their backs.Than they are cool and hot.But no piercings,then they look awfull.and no more tatooes than 3.Thats hot.

I think it depends on where the tattoes and piercings are. I also think it depends on whether it is male or female. Mostly tho, I find them tacky.

It depends really. It's extremely easy to go overboard with tattoos and piercings. Some people just can't do it tastefully.
