Not without the help of a knife. Its funny I saw this question I just read a bit in a magazine about stress at work and it mentioned how this surgeon was stressed, so he lost his temper during a testicle operation and chopped off the patients penis and proceeded to dice it up like a carrot.

I am not sure if "necrosis" is the proper word but guys that use a ring on their penis to maintain an erection can cut off the oxygen to the penis leading to the death of the penile tissue.

To just randomly fall off without explanation? I doubt it. It doesn't take much weight to rip the penis off of a body, though.

You need to give more info...is this hypothetical? If so then yes. If not, well I think you would seek help, from pure discomfort, if nothing else before that happened. So, technically yes but practically no.

Priaprism can cause this.
I seem to recall that certain diseases can cause this as well. Leprosy? It's not a consequence of any of the major venereal diseases.
I once had a girlfriend that wore mine to a nubbin, but the effects were short-lived. You know what happens when you exercise a muscle, right?
