Please help me, I suspect that my wife fooled me when she told me that she was more than 2 weeks pregnant and had a miscarriage before we got married. She told me that she was pregnant April 2006 and claims she had a miscarriage 2 weeks after. We got married October 2006. Is there any alternative aside from a D&C (dilation & curettage/completion curettage)?

well actually the only other way to see ..is tell her you want to see confirmation from the dr's office of being pg.. and the shape of the cervix.. when a woman has a child or becomes pregnant.. the cervix opening changes... after a child or pregnacy the cervix is oblong..the opening.. when a woman has not had a child the cervix opening is more round... other than this.. you could ask her family if they knew she was pregnant and lost the child or close friends..but i think your best bet.. come out and tell her you want to know the truth and what caused the miscarriage.. if your secure in your marriage then neither of you would want to start the marriage in a lie... a marriage or relationship that starts with a lie..will definitly end in a lie...
sorry i dont have any other ways to tell you.. good luck and heres ahug

She would be sad and have a bit of stomach cramps and not feeling the best. You don't have to have a D&C but you would go to the doctor to make sure all products of conception were gone.(ultra sound)
If you are having doubts don't get her realy pregnant.
Having doubts this early in a relationship sends out warning bells not good.
May be you should just leave
