Personally the last thing I would do is go on a tour for your honeymoon. You will be surrounded by confused old people and spend your time following some lady with an umbrella. Europe is not a confusing place. If I were you I would get myself a Let's go Europe book or Fodors Travel maybe. By a rail pass and pick about 5 or 6 cities you want to see. You can totally make up your own tour quite easily. If you want you can be really organized and prebook all your rail tickets and hotels in advance so that you can relax when you get to each place. You can take city tours in each place you go that your hotel will help you arrange. You can also take tours that go outside of the cites. Another option is to try a Mediterranean or European Cruise. They are all inclusive and you have some privacy and they are far more romantic then sitting on a bus all day with sweaty old people.
