after 4 years of federer dominance at wimbledon i've started to get a bit fed up of him. Can anyone knock him off his perch? if so who?

Nadel or Roddick have a chance

Well, I have to say that Federer is a very good tennis player with strong tactics of winning, that's probably why he's number 1 in the world.
The two people who might be able to beat him probably are Andy Roddick and Rafael Nadal. Nadal has already beaten him a few times already so I wouldn't be surprised if it happens again. Roddick can also beat Federer with his dynamic serving skills, although he has to watch his footwork and way to move about the court.
I really hope that Federer wins, though, it would be great if he could win the fifth time and would show just what a success he is.

Nadal has a chance to beat Federer IF(and that is a big IF)he can make the final. But Nadal is unwell and not happy this year at Wimbledon(nasty cold and nasty weather!)

If anyone else makes the finals, I think Federer has enough confidence in his game to beat them. I think Berdych or Djokovic would give Federer a harder time than Roddick. Federer can out psyche and outplay Andy.

well thts a tough one nadala improving on grass but still no match for federer (madeinchina u say nadal beat him twice in FRENCH OPEN he hasnt beat him anywhere else) i think if aggassi was around he would get close to him sampras had a great serve but not as much class as federer but if federer dont win the french open hell never be classed as one of the greats and remember a few years ago tim henman beat federer at wimbledon roddicks only got a big serve not much else i think hewitt will never win another title so no 1 can take him of his perch well not this year hes a class above nadal whos a further class ahead of anyone else

Nadal on clay, and we have the possibility of Tomas Berdych or Novak Djovic on hard court. Roddick or Safin don't have the heart.

nobody really can beat federer on grass. nadal may pose a threat but I he wont beat him. federer is the master of grass just like nadal is the master of clay!
I dont think nadal is the 2nd best on grass anyway. I think that roddick is. His game is suited to the grass. he may pose a threat!

Either Nadal or Roddick(cos he's got Jimmy Connors as coach, now). But it could be unlikely that Federer can be beaten this year(he's still on top form)

it appears that nadal is the only one that could be the one if he was a little smarter. but he he isn't smart enough to dump the doofus clamdigger outfit and greasy hair cut. yuk! he may just remain master of the clay court and be satisfied with that. he kinda looks like a baby huey out their. something about him seems so damn immature. but a whiz on the clay. and that flat, reptilian stare doesn't help his image either. i think the lights are out upstairs.
