Why would you eat a whole sack of coffee grounds to start with. I'm sure there are plenty of other things you can get high on if you are that way inclined.

It would be extremely bitter and youd probably spit it out.
After that, if you ate a lot of it, youd get a massive stomach ache from all the caffeine and other chemicals in the coffee compound.
Your digestive system would probably not be happy dealing with the ground up beans, but otherwise... no harm done.
Coffee growers have eaten raw beans for centuries to help wake up... but not a LOT of them.

An entire 70lbs sack of coffe beans would kill you. That much caffiene is an insane overdose. And dying that way is extremely painful. Much vomiting, coughing up of blood, and general pain from nowhere kinda thing.

anykind of caffein is bad in my blood.a tablespoon of coffee is like taking 2 sleeping pills...a whole sack of coffee would kill me...but at least it will make me quite high...soaring into the sky and into heaven...= )

i think i'd probably puke my intestines out before finishing the sack, as a result, id be too tired from puking to feel high.

i think you would probably puke, but i dont believe there is a chemical in coffee grounds that could get you high.
