I think im starting to get my period...my very first period ever. and i have this pain in my lower stomach and i have a headache could this be cramps ?

Yes, this could be because of cramps. Please let your mom know as well so that she can give you additional information. As for how to help it if she says ok you can try something like Midol or Ibuprofen or Tylenol even. Also, a heating pad or hot water bottle can be of some help to some of this pain.

Yep..sounds just like them. Take two ibprofen and it should give you some relief. There are also things like Midol, Pamperin and lots of other over the counter meds that will help relieve this. I just take the IB Profren myself...It is cheaper and seems to do the job...Good Luck...Hope you feel better soon.

Sounds like PMS. Fill u an empty plastic bottle with hot water and put it where u hurt.
Take tylenol, motrin, or pms pills or rub some chapstick on
your head and massage temples of head.

yeah its cramps, take some tablets and put a hot water bottle on your belly, get a bar of chocolate and watch films with your quilt wrapped around you :oP makes me feel better
