The yahoo mail still does not open. I have lost a lot of business due to that. I tried using the yahoo mail beta and since then the yahoo mail does not work at all. I have tried it on mozilla also but in vain. Please someone help.
I am damn sure I am going to stop using yahoo mail now. I am disgusted and this was not expected from a service provider like yahoo.

For sure! yahoo made it super-easy to switch back whenever you want. You can switch up to the new and back to the old as often as you want.
To come back to the old Yahoo! Mail, under where it says "Welcome, yourname" at the top of your Yahoo! Mail page, there's a "Switch Back" link. Click "Switch Back" to go back to the Yahoo! Mail version you're already familiar with.

Yahoo probably isn't at fault, you did something wrong OR you have malware. Tell us what happened, not what didn't happen. How did you switch back from Yahoo Mail Beta?
Please re-post and describe your specific problem, with the program name and error messages (if applicable) and a description of your PC and operating system.
If your machine hasn't completely given up the ghost, reboot the darn thing to see if you can re-create the problem, taking careful notes on everything you do along the way. Write down any error messages you encounter and don't leave out any of the "technogobbledygook".
Even better, capture a screenshot of every error message you get. If you don't already have a favorite screen-capture program (like MWSnap), use the one inside Windows:
Press ALT + Print Screen to capture the current window, open Paint or WordPad, select Edit > Paste, then save the file in your documents folder with a descriptive title, such as "Error message when trying to access My Documents.jpg."
That way, you can send us links so we can see for it ourselves.
Then, we can try to help.

Yahoo should have no problems.
Run a virus check for your computer. Also, try to use other web mails to see if you have the same problems.
I believe you have software problems like virus.
