this is starting to get frustrating.....ive been w/ my bf for awhile now. We have still yet to go down on each other. All we do is just have sex. I told him i need more foreplay...because i cant get off just having intercourse..and he says he will try..hes just not that big on it. Be firm - talk to him and tell him exactly what you need. Make sure you are fresh outta the shower the first time. If necessary, do what the guys do and start moving his head in the right direction.
Talking straight about what you need is the only way he is going to know. Just saying more foreplay isn't exactly direct instructions and could mean anything to him!
If he isn't into it and you need it, want it, gotta have it -- then its time to find someone who will satisfy you all the way.

Talk to him. Tell him what you want and why you want it. If he really cares about you he will want to make you happy. COMMUNICATE. Ask why he won't do it, and listen to him.
