my tempurpedic bed?

when i got my tempurpedic bed it was nice and hard. and then my idiot friends started abusing it and one of them jumped on it twice. after a few months/about a year it got REALLY soft and now i can barely sleep on it. im paranoid. are tempurpedics supposed to soften a lot over time or is it because my friend jumped on it twice when i 1st bought it?

Contact the store you bought it from. The bed should have a warranty and perhaps they could replace it for you. (just don't tell them your friends jumped on it). Jumping on the mattress of course is not good for it, but if it happened only twice, it shouldn't ruin a mattress.
