Five years ago, I revealed myself to my crush, a co-worker, & I got punched really hard on the face. My nose bled so bad that I was rushed to the nearest hospital. I'm not doing that again.

Depends...what's the actual problem with it? Is the crush itself inappropriate or does the problem lie in trying to determine how to reveal it to the person? Well, if the crush itself is directed towards someone that's inappropriate (e.g. a teacher, superior or a married person), definitely don't pursue it. Trouble...with a capital "T". However, if it's a matter of how to reveal the secret crush, just sit casually with the person and say anything like..."You want to hear something pretty interesting?... I find you rather nice and attractive...Also, I think I might possibly be developing feelings for you." Then just sit back and observe the person's reaction and response. It may feel a bit awkward but that's the best way to do it. At least that's the way I'd handle it. Bottom line...just do whatever comes to you naturally.

Cut the most beautiful rose bud from my garden and give it to her and ask her for a quiet walk by the sea just(?) for a chat.
You need finesse to reach what you want without revealing yourself.

I would just be honest with myself and the person and just get straight to the point at an appropriate moment.Maybe I would say something like ....hey you know I have been meaning to say this for somtime, but I think you are hot and theres something about you that attracts me....blah...blah. Atleast then I would know where I stand.

When I felt the time was right, I would just come right out and tell that person. Can't be shy about it. Then I'd suggest going out for a picnic in the park...just the 2 of us.

i am beyond the stage of revealing,,,but when i was in front of whom i had crush on ,i spoke out at once,,simply for one main reason,,i never felt i was on a one way mission,i felt same coming towards me,,,
