next time he acts like a complete peshka, cook a great dinner and slip him some benadryl while having sex later. he goes to sleep, you grab some cash, and clear out all your nailpolish remover and make sure you got a few pairs of clothes and take his keys too and his wallet. then ..GET THAT HOT RED RUBY NAILPOLISH YOU BEEN DYING TO WEAR AND PAINT HIS NAILS, WHEN YOUR DONE WRITE THIS ON A PAPER.." SMOOTCHES BABE, JUST THINKING OF YOUR NEEDS..NOW YOU KNOW HOW IT FEELS TO BE THE WOMAN. THINK ON IT." THEN WAIT TWO DAYS. YUP. HE'LL BE FURIOUS BUT KISS YOUR A** LATER AND BE DEATHLY AFRAID OF YOU.

So, let me get this straight, You cheated on your husband and are still in love with the other guy. Your husband knows about this and is a cop. He apparently is having a hard time accepting the cheating wife thing and is trying to save the marriage in the only way he knows how. By telling you what to do and you are resenting that. Foresight on your part would have helped this. Give him some time to get over the hurt or cut the cord now and call it over. You have to make the choice and when you do, don't blame us if you don't like where you end up. It will be your issue.

Although "leave him" is half of the correct answer, the other half is to change yourself.
People are the way they are when we marry them.
Something about you let you choose a loser who is "authoritative" otherwise known as a control freak.
He will not change. You must. Either you change to accept him or you change to choose a better one next time after you leave him.

That is a personality trait which Im sure was there before you got married, so why was it ok before you were married and now its not? Dont know how long you are married, but some things once you let them do that to you it wont change, so I say either deal with it by trying to enforce how you feel, and let him know its a 50/50 situation or leave.... good luck

Provided he is not being physically abusive I would say be firm about your concerns. Possibly talk to a counselor about the situation. Whatever you do please do something because it is a miserable situation.
