NO. My advice is to shelf this OS for a while anyway, there are so MANY bugs with Vista right now it's ridiculous! The Vista version you have is a 64 bit version, there is no way a 32 bit processor will run it, and there aren't that many games, and programs yet to enjoy on a 64 bit system, so why waste the money to upgrade system to 64? (I'm not going to be the guinea pig for Microsoft to fix their bugs on, I'll just wait, as I did for WinXP to straighten out!)

No, the Vista 64 bit version only runs on PC's with a 64 bit CPU.

I'm no expert, but I'm pretty sure you can't. Vista 64bit is designed to run on 64 bit processors, and attempting to run it on a 32bit processor will be disastrous if it works at all. Your best bet is to try and get hold of a 32 bit version.

32 what?
If you are referring to ram, no, not very effictively. You will be lucky to maintain a connection, partiuclarly if you run firewalls, and trust me if you run windows you NEED firewalls.
I wouldn't even attempt vista without mad ram.
