It depends on who that someone is. If it's someone that I know, then no. We're probably doing a staring contest or something.

If it's a stranger, then definitely yes. If it's a stranger they are attractive I would be nervous because I would be thinking, "should I got talk to her or not, hmm?" or thinking if I got something on my face or something.

very uncomfortable coz i wonder why they are staring at me and the worst part is when my eyes bump theirs. It makes me feel realy pissed off.
