Well it depends if you are applying for the US both of them.
if outside US you only need an language exam to approve your English language ability and in that case you have another option IELTS and if you are applying for UK or some other countries you should take the IELTS exam because they only approve the IELTS exam not the TOEFL so in my opinion search the web choose the country which is your destination and after that by searching there website you would Know what you want and what you don't want.

TOEFL and IELTS are tests of English for speakers of other languages. If you come from a country where English is the native language, and English is your native language, you most likely will not have to take either one. The GRE is a general test similar to the undergraduate SAT and is required by many (but not all) graduate schools. Other tests, like the GMAT, are for specific fields. You will need to check with the schools that interest you to find out which exams you would need for them.

you will most likely need both. Most schools require the GRE, both the general and the computer science subject test,of all entering students. The TOEFL is usually required for all international students, or students whose native language is not English. I suggest contacting the schools, but chances are, you'll have to take both.

They are completely different exams given for different reasons.

A GRE may be required to enter a Master's Program and a TOEFL exam may be required if English is not your mative language.

You may have to take both. You don't say what your first language is.

It depends on the school. Contact your school and ask which they require. They may ask for both, TOEFL to prove English competence if you are a non-native speaker, and GRE to get into grad school.
