Acquisition of power is through revolution, coup d etat or military takeover.
Government structure is framework how government operates. For example, in the democratic country, the government structure is executive, legislative and judicial branches.
Absolute monarchy is run by kings and queens while a constitutional monarchy is one that has a constitution that controls the government with a monarch as symbolic head of state.
Parliamentary democracy is one where the government is run by a prime minister and his cabinet.
