and I find myself asking ... why does every 14 year old boy in the universe have to ask masterbation questions?

It can help you sleep
It can help you remain calm
It can help you "Learn Yourself"
It can calm "the thing" that is driving you cazy

It is normal... until it becomes an issue, I wouldn't worry about it
If you get Obsesed & can't go 24 hours without that.. then I would be concerned

Otherwise, GO FOR IT
