Girls get peer pressured to wear a bra as they grow up,and these bras are kindly called "training bra". Girls as small as 8 or 9 , and definitely 12 and above use bras already.
Some have no padding for those who choose not to have any. They are either regular or sports type bras
There are some that have some padding to make the user feel the same as their peers who have developed breasts already.

how old are, u should ask such stupid question but ha i will answer it for you. No not all women above 16 wear a bra but there are a lot of women that wear a bra before the age of 16.

It depends on the woman. Some grw quicker so will need a bra before 16, and some grow slowly so may need one later. If somethink sticks out in front, you need a bra regardless of age!

No some women don't have anything to fill in a bra with. They are little in that area. Some girl wear sport's bras

depends on the situation i think, sometimes you do sometimes you dont. For example i wear a bra during the week to work ect however if i go on a night out and im wearing like a halterneck top i wont bother.

well it depends upon there dress. some people always wear one specially teens and adults to cover up there nipples. and it also depends if the 16 year old teen has big boobs or flat boobs. cause sometimes flat boobed teens or above dont sometimes wear bra. or baby bra.

Nope - I'm 29 and I can't really be bothered to wear one everyday. It just depends on what I'm wearing and what kind of mood I'm in.

im under 16 and i actually have big boobs lol. i think girls should be wearing them from 12 and up.. its not attractive when your hanging all out and you can see your nipples through your shirt lol!

they should because when its cold they look gross through the shirt ....plus even if they have nothing ....you should ...oh and by the way most girls start wearing bras in like 4th grde-----i did
