Obviously if lions haven't eaten in 3 years then they are dead so that would definitely be the room I would choose. However if the lions were alive and hungry it would depend on what you mean by safest... If you mean the least painful I would go with the assassins and the guns. It might hurt but it would be over quick. Better than being eaten or burned alive.
