vivid dreams?

I would stay away from the drugs... but if you want to dream the best way is to have your body awake while you sleep. I know that sounds strange but you already answered the question...... EAT.... your body must process the food so it will be awake, as your body is awake, but your mind is sleeping, your sub consious(sp) or your dream maker is more active and has more control than normal so the dreams are more vivid.

BUT

having vivid dreams does NOT mean you will remember them. You dream ALL NIGHT LONG and even tho you may remember the dream as lasting a LONG time it is only nano seconds for each dream. Also the only dreams you remember are the ones that wake you up or that you wake up to. Thats because there is a dissconnect between awake and asleep that unless you cross over during the dream, it drifts from memory. This is also why a dream that wakes you up at night is forgotten in the morning if you had gone back to sleep.

What is really a challange is to repeat or continue a dream. That is to have a rerun or to be continued. I have managed to do that several times.. quite a trip.

long story short...

Eat before sleep and two things will happen....
Dreams will be more vivid
You get a new set of clothes as you will get fat from eatting just before bed.

Prognosis.... not worth the trouble.
