To get a Celebi (for now), you must have the Emerald Version. Delete any file within it. Now start a new game, choose male, and name him ASH. Set the clock, save Prof. Birch, get starter, battle May, and then after the events, go to any Pokemon Center, then access your PC. Celebi is at your disposal. I haven't tried this yet, but it's worth giving a try...

it depends for what game seeing that u have feebas and milotic it has to be R/S/E or D/P you cant get mew mew2 or celibi in any of those unless you have old sea map so you can get to mew

Well, I have five of all three but I don't have wi-fi. If you lived somewhere in Ohio we could trade but I doubt you do. Sorry.
